Two things:

1. I managed to make it all the way through the day and ate only ONE piece of chocolate. :) That's at least three fewer than usual, and I've not yet dipped into my Weekly Points this week.

2. I found an awesome newsletter from a website called hungry-girl.com. They send out daily information about low-calorie snacks (almost always noting points values), ways to make certain recipes healthier and lower-calorie, sometimes links to coupons for free samples of new foods. If anyone wants me to forward a copy so you can check it out before signing up, let me know.

Just when I get to feeling like I'm slogging along and I'll never eat anything fun again (although I'm nowhere *near* the point of chucking it - I'm just being a whiner), someone says something about how I look. I just walked out to the lunchroom to get a Diet Coke, and passed by the QA area. One of the QA girls came up to me and asked if I'd been dieting. I smiled and said I'd been losing weight, that I'd joined WW and had lost 28 pounds. Then one of the other QA girls calls out, "She is, isn't she? I *knew* it!" Apparently they'd been 'discussing' me. :)

Then, when I got to the lunchroom, not half a minute later, someone else came up and told me they could tell I've lost a lot of weight. I'm telling you, I'll be riding on this little high for most of the week!
